Terms And Conditions for SELL YOUR GF Members

2. Cost of membership: $29.95 per month or $39.95 per 2 months or $49.95 per 3 months.


C. CANCELLATION

Subscription to sellyourgf.com may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either the Company or subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone. You agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred by you during or through the use of sellyourgf.com. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of your membership for any reason.   If you request cancellation or request a refund from sellyourgf.com, your bank or your card issuer, due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, sellyourgf.com and the Company can, at their discretion, block your information from use at all Company-related websites so that to prevent further unauthorized use.


D. REFUND POLICY

Should a refund be issued by The Company all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. The Company will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.


E. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING MINORS

1. In order to use the Site or any services provided here, you must have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
